Seems that error come from an incorrect configuration. After copy HRESS_CC_PER_OVP to a Z* configuration, I did change the configuration name of the UIBB in to my Z* version. This is wrong, instead we should change it in AppCC HRESS_CC_PER_CONFIG, by replacing different UIBBs for different countries.
