I think if I/C price is maintained with condition master, then you can check the reason easily via Analysis button.
Once the YRES condition is displayed in your capture screen, that means there is no price master.
So please click each keycombination in your screen shot and check each value of the fields in price table. Then you can know which one have master and which ones do not made access.
