I have created the following scenario to read a CSV file and to place each row on an internal queue. The problem I am having is that my scenario that gets triggered by the Queue never fires off. I have tried deactivating the second scenario that gets triggered by the queue and then monitoring the queue. The second scenario is called MWA.QueueToMeterReading so I placed that in the stream as per the help documentation.
Nothing ever shows up in the queue and my second scenario never runs. Do I have to configure the queue first?
