In note 1983180 there is a link to download the patches UFT_00063 and UFT_00065, the link provided does not work:

A help request has been sent to SAP asking for the patches or an alternative download link, unfortunately they have not responded.
Does anyone know of a download link for the patches or could they be emailed to me?
Any help would be much appreciated.
