News and Target Mapping Tile templates are missing from Launchpad admin

Hello Team

I am using FIORI UI 100 Add-on SP10 with NW 7.31 SP10.We also applied all the latest notes available for UI2

I am using below  Admin URL to create POC.

http://hostname:port/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/arsrvc_upb_admn/main.html?sap-client=<client>&sap-language=EN#/Catalog/X-SAP-UI2-CATALOGPAGE:POC_TESTCATALOG

But I only see Static and Dynamic Tile template.

Other tile templates like News and target Mappings are missing from the Lanundpad.

I have Z_UI2_ADMIN_700 role to my id.

What am I missing here?
