You are evidently using International Article numbers (EAN's) in your Material Masters. Within EAN customization, you can define SANs (Standard Article numbers). SAN is a subset of EAN. In your case, the SAN that was determined has not yet been configured in your system. I suggest you review your entry data. If it is in fact accurate, there may be a missing or inaccurate record in the table that maps your GTINs to EANs. Create new mapping records using EAN1.
Alternatively, for new products, you may need to create a EAN/SAN to cover your new material master. EANs are customized IMG > Logistics General > Material Master > International Article numbers.
