Time Out error page functionliy is working fine. If there is a session expire for a user this page is being displayed. But this page is also being in case of dump in functionlity.
For dumps, as we are working with PPM with custom developments. There are lot of developments which are on going. So we can not avoid dumps. If a user has a dump, he created a ticket accordingly having the dump snapshot.
After implementation of time out error page, he can not know what kind of dump. He thinks it is time out and put misleading information in ticket. So this scenario is creating problems for run team.
Please advise further.
