This webservice is part of the eCommerce Communication Arrangement. (CA)
1. Create your communication system
2. Create your eCommerce CA using the communication system in #1.
3. As part of the wizard, you get the userid, and you get the passwd. The userid is typically _"communication system" -- eg _TIMTEST
if TIMTEST is your system id in #1.
You must download the WSDL from this CA you have created, since it has the endpoint embedded.
