At one of our utility customer who is using CRMB, there is a requirement to know who (within Company) has accessed a customer account for display.
This is required for privacy of customer information.
I know one way is to restrict account display with authorizations. But this does not provide information on who (within Company) has accessed the customer account for display of information.
Is there any such logging being used at any customer and how this is done? Is it a standard solution or custom?
Even though the issue is for Utility customer, would like to know how banking customers are handling such security around account display.
